Stan entered the Property Management industry in 1975 as manager of a new construction start-up apartment community. Stan broadened his knowledge base and developed industry expertise in positions from General Manager, Vice President of New Management Programs and Marketing, Acquisition Financing, condominium conversions, apartment and membership club management.

Stan’s well rounded experiences resulted in ownership of an Association Management portfolio. Stan has over 35 years of property management experience in Arizona and Texas. Stan partnered with Carl in 2001 to formalize the Association Management of Beck and Company Real Estate Services. Stan’s ethics and values in complement to Carl’s have resulted in triple growth of the Association Division.

Kimball is a Licensed Realtor® and holds numerous professional designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). His recent background includes having been a business unit VP/COO for the world’s largest owner and operator of private country clubs and communities in the U.S., managing a portfolio of properties valued at over $100 million. Kimball has served on volunteer boards and committees for over 25 years and well understands the difficulties they face in today’s challenging economic environment. His background in a service-intensive industry, vast financial and asset management expertise and experience working with governing documents will help ensure you receive Pioneer excellence in service and avoid financial pitfalls and governing snafus.
